Production & Quality Control

We work only with trusted manufacturers who meet social requirements and quality standards (BSCI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 2859-1:1999). For every production, we arrange a Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) according to international standards and procedures (ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) in order to ensure and confirm the whole shipment’s quality standard.

Laboratory Testing & Compliance

We offer an extensive selection of lab tests, performed to the full range of international standards at fully accredited laboratories. Our experts help you to achieve product compliance in various consumer products.

01 Project
Brief

Share with us your Product Specifications (define the shape, materials, colours, dimensions) as well as testing requirements, target price, and launch date, and get in touch with us to see how we can bring your idea to life!

02 Sourcing & Planning

Based on your brief, we will first propose products with available, existing moulds (so-called off-the-shelf samples), prepare quotes and build an initial critical path (timeline).

03 Design & Product Development

If you wish to modify an off-the-shelf sample, we will prepare technical drawings and artwork rendering with customised features (new shape, size, colour, deco). We will launch a prototype plus prepare a new quote.

04 Mass production & QC

Once we create the finished product, we will use it as the approval sample for mass production. We will select the right manufacturer to deliver your product, and organise lab testing and pre-shipment quality inspection.
